*Our Services:* Caregivers for elderly & sick care, Nannies & Child Minders, Cleaners, General Domestics, and Laundry Services (house call wash, dry, iron, fold with collection & delivery).
*How We Work:* We recruit, screen, interview, verify ID/references, and place workers according to employer needs. We are not an employer but an intermediary. Employers comply with BCEA, Sectoral Determination 7, UIF, COIDA and ensure a safe working environment. Salaries are paid directly to workers.
*Fees:* 40% of first month salary for permanent/live-in placements, 30% for part-time, payable upfront after successful interview. Fees are non-refundable except for our 3-month one free replacement guarantee if worker leaves/resigns with just cause and notice within 7 days.
