1. About SanetHub

SanetHub is a South African digital platform that helps businesses establish an online presence, promotes products and services, and connects customers with businesses and service providers.

Our services include:

– Business directory listings, including free and premium options.

– Website design, development and related digital services.

– Physical products sold by SanetHub, including agricultural products, rabbits and vegetables.

– Digital products and products purchased for resale.

– Customer enquiries, quote requests and connections to service providers.

– Ride requests, food delivery and other services where available.

These terms apply to customers, registered users, businesses and vendors using SanetHub.

2. Free and paid services

Basic business listings may be used free of charge, subject to our platform rules.

Premium listings, website packages, digital products, physical products and other paid services are charged at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

Customers should review the description, price, scope, renewal terms and any additional charges before placing an order.

Website development work will be provided according to the agreed package, specifications and delivery arrangements.

3. Business listings and vendors

Businesses must provide accurate contact information and truthful descriptions of their products and services.

SanetHub may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, incomplete or inconsistent with our policies.

A listing does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by SanetHub of the business, its products or its services.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining their listings and updating information when it changes.

4. Products and orders

Product availability, prices, delivery arrangements and descriptions are displayed where applicable.

An order is subject to confirmation and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact details.

5. Third-party businesses and service providers

SanetHub may connect customers with independent businesses, builders, property providers and other service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers remain responsible for their own quotations, agreements, licences, service delivery and professional obligations.

Customers should confirm the scope, price, availability and terms directly with the provider before entering into an agreement.

SanetHub will review complaints reported to us and assist with communication where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee the performance of an independent provider.

6. Payments

Payments must be made using the payment methods made available for the relevant transaction.

SanetHub will communicate applicable prices, payment requirements and any additional charges before checkout.

Payment processing, settlement, refunds and any permitted payment holds are subject to the arrangements approved by the relevant payment provider.

SanetHub does not represent its payment process as an escrow service unless such a service has been expressly authorised and implemented.

7. Delivery and fulfilment

For products sold directly by SanetHub, we are responsible for the applicable fulfilment arrangements.

For third-party products and services, the responsible vendor or service provider will be identified where applicable, and delivery arrangements will depend on the transaction.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Customers should contact us if an order is delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds, returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy and applicable South African law.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Acceptable use

Users may not use SanetHub for fraud, unlawful activities, misleading advertising, prohibited products, harassment, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights.

Additional requirements are set out in our Acceptable Use and Vendor Policy.

10. Intellectual property

SanetHub’s branding, original website content and platform materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Vendors retain ownership of their own materials but grant SanetHub permission to display submitted business names, descriptions, images and product information for operating and promoting the relevant listings.

Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to submit content.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation.

12. Complaints and disputes

Customers and vendors may contact hello@sanethub.co.za with complaints, order issues or disputes.

We will review the information provided, engage relevant parties where appropriate and attempt to facilitate a fair resolution.

13. Changes and account restrictions

SanetHub may update these terms as its services develop. Material changes will be communicated where required.

We may restrict or suspend accounts or listings for suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, policy violations or risks to customers or the platform.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to applicable consumer rights and other mandatory legal requirements.
